I've spent my entire life studying fitness and nutrition. Ever since I was a teenager, I wanted to know everything there was to know about losing weight and getting leaner - I've been absolutely consumed by it! It's not surprising because I've been fat all my life and my weight fluctuated from 90kg to 120kg.

So I started studying - and hard! I was voracious.
